IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?
Yes. In order to secure an appointment at The Glam Room, there is a non-refundable booking fee. You can choose to pay the full amount when booking, or just pay the fee and this will then be deducted from the total on the day of your treatment.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
For clients who wish to cancel their appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. Failure to provide a notice within the allotted time, will result in the loss of your booking fee. This policy is set in order to allow me to refill the appointment in time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM EARLY OR LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you wait until the allocated time slot as there may be other clients still receiving treatments at that time, and we need to use the interim between appointments to prepare for your treatment. If you are late, please note, that time will come from your appointment slot, which may result in less lash coverage or a more simple nail design.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
Due to my insurance, unless prearranged, Children, Pets, Friends and Family members are not permitted to be in the salon during your appointment.
CAN I BOOK INFILLS WITH YOU AFTER GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE?
Due to the high quality products we use, we are unable to infill another technicians work. A removal and a fresh full set will be required in this instance. This applies to both nails and lashes.
CAN I ARRIVE TO MY LASH APPOINTMENT WEARING MASCARA?
In order to get the best results, we like to give every minute of treatment time possible to apply your lashes. So please, to all lash clients, arrive at your appointment for either infills or a full set with NO eye makeup as this can affect the extensions, and removing it takes time you have paid for away from your appointment.
